PAYMENT
The DIPLUS online shop accepts the following payments: Visa,Visa Electron,Master Card,Master Card Electronic,Maestro,V PAY . Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.- A payment page of our servicing bank opens, where you enter your card details
- If you are registered for the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, an authentication page of your card issuer opens, where you type your authentication password or code.
- If the transaction is successful, a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen, which you print or save.
- Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
- Please check with your card issuer if your card is open for Internet transactions.
- The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10,000.
- For you identification as the authentic cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. In case you are registered by your card isuuer for participation in those schemes, on your screen will be displayed an authentication page where you have to enter your password
- The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If there are prices on the site in other currencies, in addition to Bulgarian Lev, these are for informational purposes only and may not be exactly equal to the billed amount on your card accountin the same currency.
- The security during entry and transport of card data is provided by the use of an SSL protocol for encryption of the connection between our server and the payment server of our servicing bank.
- The authenticity of your card is checked by the verification of the card verification value (CVV2)
- In addition, for your identification as the authentic cardholder, the payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode", in case you are registered to use them.

How to Reserve Items
• For item reservations, we request a 50% deposit and the rest when the items arrives. When the item is added to your shopping cart and checking out, 50% will be deducted from the cost. We will contact you when the item arrives.The items are estimated to arrive from 30 to 60 days depending on the article.You`re reservation will be complete when the 50% deposit is paid.
• Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations. Once the deposit is paid, your reservation is finalized. If the balance of 50% is not paid within 30 days after the item arrives, we will automically cancel the order. The deposit will not be returned in this case.
